Bob Noonan was born in 1943 in Pelham Manor, N.Y., and graduated from Pelham Memorial
High School in 1961. He received a B.A. degree from Bucknell University and
an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He began his business career in the textile industry in Chicago and New York
City. He then joined a private investment bank, Hambrecht & Quist, Inc., that
went public in 1999. The company was acquired by Chase and later became
JPMorgan Chase. He retired in 2008. Bob and his wife Erin have five adult
children and 11 grandchildren spread across the country. He is a member of
Woodway Country Club, Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington, N.C., and
Riomar Country Club in Vero Beach, Fla. In addition to golf, Bob enjoys
travel, gardening, beach time, good food and wine, and many friendships.
