Harvey Mogenson was born in 1955 in Burlington, Wis., where he graduated from high school in 1973. He received a B.B.A. degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin in 1977 and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Harvey began his business career with Arthur Young & Company in Milwaukee, Wis., in international tax. He later worked for the company in New York City, Brussels and Washington, D.C., and was named a Partner. In 1997, he joined Morgan Stanley for 18 years, retiring as Managing Director and Global Head of the Tax Department in 2015. He and his wife Gwen have two children. He is a member of the Roton Point Association and enjoys photography and skiing. Glen Osberg
